Thank you for choosing Empress K’s Touch. Please read the following below before booking.

Payment Methods and Deposit

A 20$ non refundable deposit is required upon booking an appointment. This deposit goes towards your service and the remaining balance will be credited towards your total balance.
Cash payments (ATM available on site), Cashapp, as well as Paypal
The remaining balance is paid the day of your appointment.
Please arrive with freshly washed hair with no product (Hair wash is offer for 20$ charge.) if you have a specific product you would like to use please bring to appointment
DO NOT APPLY TO FRESHLY WASHED HAIR
It is important to have freshly washed hair to ensure better and longer lasting results with your style.

Cancelation / Late Policy

If you wish to cancel your appointment and notify me at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Your deposit will then be credited towards a future appointment.
If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, or do not show up, your deposit will NOT be credited towards your next scheduled appointment and you will be required to place a new deposit.
Any appointment booked less than 24 hours must book under a “Squeeze in/ Same Day Appointment” which is offered with an additional charge.
Every client has a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive 10 minutes past your time you will be charged with a 10$ late fee. Please Plan Accordingly
20 minutes into your appointment time your appointment is automatically canceled and must be rescheduled.
I believe in second chances if you miss 2 appointments in a row you will be banned from booking.

If there is not a time slot available that best works for you please feel free to call and request a different time.

Same Day Appointments/ Early Morning Appointments

Same day Appointments/ Early morning appointments are available for an extra 25$
